                <p>Your apartment is subject to 6 months warranty period (known as the Defect Liability Period). Please note that this period commences from the date of Practical Completion (date available on request) of the building and not necessarily from the date you occupy your apartment. Once the defect liability period has expired the leaseholder is responsible for all internal repairs within their apartment.</p>
